Bank approvals have come from 8 banks comprising public sector banks and private sector banks for this project.

All Members who have booked flats in the Blue bell project of Morpheus are requested to contact the Society before going for Builder-Buyer agreement or don't go for buyer builder agreement until any advice given by the society.
Builder-Buyer agreement draft is generally as per the general format of the Bank from where the financing is made. So this is not a concern, as bank protects all the interest of the Buyers.
